Headed to Stanford per my info from Dutchtown. Too bad...good kid, good family. Would have been a good fit with the Tigers!

Will never blame a kid for going there to get a great education and play big time football

I'd have liked to have him, but his best opportunity for playing time is likely elsewhere. Hope he lights it up in the Pac12.

Best for him, and best for LSU to have feel any pressure to play a kid who is not up to the level of SEC players...

Good point. Never looked at it that way, but they are very close.

I think the Reid kid is probably a winner so really would have like to have. I understand though.

Wish him the best. Would love to have him, but better education and opportunity for early PT at Stanford.

Kid was talented enough to play in the SEC. It was LSU or Stanford for a long time and he is just going where he has the best chance to play early. LSU is kind of tough to get on the field if you play in the Secondary.
