5 names are drawn at random.
4 of the names win 500 Million Dollars tax free
The 5th name, the person is executed.

do i know how many people have entered the drawing?
like just assume it's online. can i see that 257 people have signed up so far? and then when i check later can i see that it's at 312? can i do that up until the deadline to register?

I would wonder who has so much money that he's willing to give away 2 billion dollars every week so he can watch an execution.
