I may not be the biggest fan of Johnny Jones' in-game coaching, but damn, thank god Trent's gone. He's 3-41 in Big 12 conference games at TCU since he got there.

He was 12-36 in the SEC his last 3 years at LSU. Combine that with his 2.5 years at TCU, and that makes his conference record over the past 5.5 years 15-77. Yikes.

To be fair they are better even though their Big 12 record doesn't show it. Not sure they'll improve next year though.

They were actually ranked at one point this season if I'm not mistaken.

God Bless TCU

sure were.

their schedule up to that point consisted of blind kids, deaf kids and blind-deaf kids.

That Ole Miss win though looked a bit promising.

He's a classic example of getting lucky with a few recruits and getting better jobs because of it. When he was at Nevada he struck gold with Nick Fazekis and had a good team and then parlayed that to a Stanford job. There he got the Lopez twins and bumped up to LSU.

He's kind of a basketball version of Curly Hallman.

God love Trent, I think everyone knows the guy just doesn't have the recruiting personality. Stanford sells itself to the the smart kids and their families.

That's a horrible catch 22.

He had it made at Stanford. Should have never left.

The Lopez Twins weren't walking through that door again.

He's a good coach, he just cannot recruit at all.
