I want to like player Irons, but I just dont hit them as well. Why is that?? I had blades (Mizuno MP-32) when I was a 10 handicap, now im + and I have Burner 2.0's. In need of new irons soon and I dont know if I should try player Irons or keep going with my game improvement types.

I won a state championship with TM RAC 0S irons because that's what I was comfortable with that week.

Golf snobs hate seeing you hit the ball like that with those clubs. Haters gonna hate.

Ole man is a +handi and plays big Bertha steelheads from 1887.

He hits the ball in the center of the face every time.

It's the Indian, not the arrows!

Play what you hit best and fits your eye. I play Cleveland CG16's, they are a little thick on top also.

I think he's at Pinewood in Slidell? He's pretty expensive but I need a full workup and eval.

I hit Adams Idea Hybrids that were given to me a few years back. I like them, but I know I could probably upgrade and get fitted for me personally. Figured I could use a thorough eval first before I go out buying top of the line clubs.

If you are working on shot shapes or want to improve you might benefit from playing something else. Offset doesn't work for me. Too much sends shots left that hook further left.

I've never taken a lesson. I broke 80 over the summer at Lakewood, tips and down, when it was cart path only, after playing for 4 years.

People who say you need lessons may be right. But if you're like me, they won't help. I don't like people telling me what to do. People say a lot of things.

Only people I'll take advice from is Jakesonaplane and The Stash.
