You can only do the same thing over and over and over before you become clinically insane.
But, the Saints will probably keep him on the roster because of their cap situation and he "knows" the defense.
I disagree with this. He played well this season, especially after that abysmal start he had. That 2-3 game period should be understandable since he hadn't played man to man since 2011 and was coming off a major knee injury.
Also, he played well in 2011 too. So history shows us that he's a good man to man corner.

Patrick Robinson is a very solid #3 corner, and actually proved it this year. He is what he is at this point...I'll take him as a nickel guy all day.

Just looked up his PFF ranking/stats from 2011 and 2014. It agrees with us:
