It isn't Billy's, but it is good. I'll eat again. The cracklin were crisp and good. Not a meaty cut but more like a helluva pigskin . I'll eat them again, too.

4 dozen on the half shell, cold crawfish and some killer seafood gumbo. I could feed Sudan with all these leftovers.
