I am a former subscriber also. I think he might be referring to Mike holding onto some insider information related to a recruit who decided on another school besides LSU, but continued to go on as if there was a chance that LSU was still the school of choice even though he knew the decision. It was viewed by many as stringing people along. I understand Mike has to have the trust of the kids who reveal information to him. (This was not the reason I quit subscribing.) BTW, I THINK the recruit was Landon Collins.

Correct. It was the Landon Collins fiasco. I understand his reasoning for holding onto that information (protecting his sources so that he could continue to get scoop). However, I didn't agree with his reasoning. I was a paying subscriber, and my interpretation of the events was that a non-customer (a recruit) was more important to Mike than his paying customers. I didn't appreciate paying for what was clearly false information, and Mike admitted it after Collins committed to Alabama. He had no problem taking my money while he knew he was giving out false information, and for that, I ended my subscription (and will never return).

I agree. He could have signaled that information without saying he had already committed to Bama. Bad business decision.

I thought so too on Weathersby, but heard things have changed in our favor. Definitely helps that Mom likes LSU as well. Predictions have changed from Hogs to LSU pretty strong as of yesterday, and Shea feels the same.
