Shrimp and andouille mini muffin cakes in the TD cookbook. Use a spicy smoked sausage if you can't get andouille or kielbasa.
Make the Cousin's creole tomato dressing in the cookbook or the recipe thread.

Those sound dope. That's up for consideration. Just got an idea to make these poppy seed and onion covered ham and swiss sandwiches that my mom makes..damn they're so good.
