My current vendor has decided to raise my premiums by 50%, so I'm going shopping.

3 trucks

I can give more details if it helps.

Suggestions?

Well... I'm guessing you have losses to support the rate increase.

Mind telling us about those so we get the whole picture?

Had a loss (not my fault) with a different company in 2012, net loss $3500.

No losses with this co. Had them since Feb 2013.

Got a speeding ticket in my personal vehicle. 67 in a 55, about 2 yrs ago.

What I mean is are you currently paying $2000 per year on these? And what limit of insurance. .. say 500k combined single limit? Or 1million?

I mean 2k on each vehicle

Are you using an independent agent? If not, find one.

If so, then find another and have them quote as well.

physical damage included?

if so, the price is arguably not THAT bad for 1,000,000.
doubt you find anyone that will save you a bundle. maybe a few hundred bucks or so.

not quite sure i understand your claims description. but if their is anything showing on your loss runs then the price is very good.

I give my trucks to my independent agent that specializes in commercial insurance. In BR Gallagher is an example of that kind of agent. They will take you to several carriers.
LINK

Go ahead and ask your current carrier and your previous carriers for your loss runs. They should give you that. Even if the losses have been zero you will need runs that say that.

It would not surprise me your premium is $15-20000 if you add the other two vechicles. Your premium is very cheap on the delivery vehicles at $5300 for both.
