What technology have you not figured out?

I'm 22 years old and I don't know how to use emojis in my texts. I've downloaded and deleted the app a few times just trying to see if I can figure it out.
I realize that I could figure it out pretty easily by just googling it or asking others to show me, but I've never been that dedicated.

I've been somewhat vocal about my opinion that emoji's are pretty gay for a while, but there have been a few instances where I've wanted to use them over the past year or so.
When I downloaded the app, I spent five minutes trying to figure out how to use it, before just saying "frick this"

What irritates me is that they already had iCloud working beautifully for iPhone backups. All they had to do was expand that concept and instead they got all cute and released a pretty smelly turd of a cloud solution.
