I'm not looking to get murdered on BR public transportation.

I may pay for the shite, doesn't mean I have to ride it

peculiar that CPRA (~100+ local employees) gets a $9 million dollar new bldg. while the Water Institute (~30 local employees) gets a $20 million dollar new building ...and CPRA had to provide some of that $20M for the Water Institute's new digs.

mhm definitely

I've seen them. Much more modern and sleek, perpendicular to the river.

That's very ignorant of you to say. How many white people are murdered in BR by these thugs you think?

That's what the dipshits thought about Lockett and Middleton in the 80's or whenever.

So, you're saying, about 20 years from now it'll look like trash

Doesn't matter. If you're not out there dealing drugs or gettig into illicit activity why are you worried?

But...but I thought that Louisiana's right-wing extremist governor had cut LSU's budget to the bone and that it would have to lay off all of its employees and close its doors for semesters to come...

and no corn dog vendors either! WTF

Is Baton Rouge that simple minded? LSU football, bars, F250, Yeti cooler..

you are taking what i said out of context. As of right now, there isnt much draw for companies to relocate there with the estimated 30$/sf rent and not amenities. Yes they will come and yes this is has a nice looking future if it is all funded but im not holding my breath on all this.

And look at what i said with the tram. IMO they should be near the top of the list to construct if you want to draw new people to this area.

This could be uber cool if it actually happens.

Also, if you go to the website, the renderings are somewhat different from those in the OP.

Good Lord. This will create some sort of reverse traffic wormhole. Traffic will start moving West on the eastbound lanes.
