2 best ways to miss the story in BL is either when everyone is talking, or when someone goes on a mad quest grab and dialogue starts and stops constantly. My first playthrough on 2, I had no idea Scooter was responsible for getting Sanctuary airborne.

I'm really not making it up, you and alien were basically like two 2nd grade school girls laughing and cutting up the entire first 15 missions, on top of him running around killing things extremely fast. It's probably the biggest reason I never went back to the game
