If you acknowledge this and believe it was rather obvious the dog was grieving, why is it so out there to think it's kinda shitty to video it as opposed to trying to comfort the grieving dog?

I mean, it's not the end of the world/dude is a terrible person type thing, but it just seems like a bad move on his part.

i mean he pet the dog

while the dog may understand that his "brother" was "dead", that doesn't mean the dog has a concept of self awareness or higher-level thinking. in all likelihood, the dog isn't actually "sad", but is upset that the daily routine of his life is disrupted (due to a non-responsive, former stimuli of his life)

Same thing I thought when I watched it. But at the same time, I'm glad I saw the video...it's pretty awesome. Rottweilers are cool dogs.
