I'd stock it with underfed Bull Sharks to keep trespassers away.

If that ended up not being viable, it would be maintained soley to attract diver ducks and mergansers, stocked with the finest fish and grasses they love to eat.

If I could build a 70 acre pond, I'd give some thought to making it in the shape of a fist extending the middle finger so the Corps, EPA & DEQ would have to remember that I was able to do it every time they pulled up an aerial of my property.

I would shape my pond like the dickbutt. Tilapia would be my baitfish. Falcon Lake is full of those things and the bass are enormous. I would go with the Tiger Bass and made sure there were plenty of cypress trees. (I like pitching and flipping trees).

South Arkansas is nice too. I've had a few vacations in the Hot Springs area. Mostly we go to the far north near Missouri, have in-laws there.

Snook, tarpon and peacocks. Plenty of shiners and bluegill for them to eat. Then some more tarpon.
