Martin and Mickey's decision wouldn't have affected Lyle (who would have come in as a combo). From reading interviews and recruiting reports, I get the feeling that the year away from home at IMG really changed his mind about leaving the Midwest. Last year he was a typical hs senior wanting to be anywhere but home. A little time away changed that.
