Well over there you are going to have more tourists and certain kinds of annoying people. You'll probably have more locals and other kinds of annoying people in the WD. I'd vote WD too.

Yeah but this isn't Bacchus. I could see it going either way. New route throws people off but so many more people are living in that area now. First parade brings out crowds.

true, bacchus is on a Sunday and that is near the end of the route.
it gets really packed in the marigny but its only 1 lane, with 2 lanes on Tchoup the crowd never really seems that big

I don't mind crowds, but like you said, I'd much rather annoying local crowds (even if they're Barcadia types) than the alternative.
The area it passes on Decatur is not an area I like a lot.
Plus, WHD is just a preferred part of town in general for me. And Jones. He's pissed we didn't get a hotel there (we did blind booking)
