We don't have Comcast here. I have to deal with Time Warner Cable, and they are bad. But wow, Comcast sounds like they are 100 times worse.

Comcast is very difficult to deal with. Lots of unhappy employees.

I just looked at my bill last night - I'm paying $47 to have whole home DVR. I think that's ridiculous.

They once told me that I had to bring my grandmother down there personally to cancel her subscription, despite the fact that she was dead. Think it may be the quickest 0 to 60 on the pissed scale I've ever gotten.

It really is the worst company on the planet. I happily deal with the crappiest internet speeds through DSL just to stay the frick away from Comcast

I really thought the empire would have crumbled by now with satellite TV options, U-Verse and WOW and things like that expanding, streaming this and that everywhere, but they seem as strong as ever.

Holy shite, I think I would have had a rage stroke

My interactions with them have been pretty bad, (and I find myself to be an extraordinarily patient individual), but NOTHING comes close to that
