Peanut butter burger

Had one recently in Lafayette and was pretty tasty. Love me some peanut butter

Mugshots used to have one, but they closed down. Haven't come across one since, but, admittedly, haven't been looking for them

Was a strange combination when I saw it but it was damn good. It was more of a sauce made of peanut butter than PB out of a jar.

The problem is you use all your PB on a burger you won't have any for your roux.

Had one in Florida. It was heavenly.
Burger topped with sharp cheddar and candied bacon. Top bun gets choice of creamy or chunky PB. Bottom got homemade strawberry jam
