The total was $16 (I had the cheese and sour cream on hand, so maybe $20). You probably can save money by pre-making fajita chicken, but the Tyson is so easy and quick.

It makes 6 meals that will fill you up.

12" spinach tortilla

Tyson Fajita chicken

store bought Pico and guacamole

butter

onion

low fat sour cream

cheese (you maybe able to find some kind of diet cheese, frick that shite, use real cheese)

The white balance is off, it is white. Tyson fajita chicken is already cooked, just needs heating up.

You should have read the F&DB guidelines before posting.

And I'm not sure how good of a diet this is for a human.

I thought this board was for cooking, not just throwing a bunch of processed store bought bullshite together and calling it a diet

This board is not a gourmet cooking board, even if all the cooking mavens would like for it to be. We all have our pre-cooked chicken/cream of canned soup/processed cheese secrets. I wish I had the time or wherewithal in the kitchen to be a gourmet chef, but i don't, so sometimes I take shortcuts. I get it- I'd make some changes to this recipe, too, but far be it from me to hate on someone for 1) Sharing a recipe or 2) trying to watch his calorie intake.

Thanks Antique, for sharing your recipe. I'd substitute mine for rotisserie chicken, but it looks great, and I appreciate the suggestion. (it's Michelob Ultra to watch the calories )

Switch for low carb high fiber tortillas.
Add bellpeppers.
Axe the Tyson and cook your own chicken.
