I'm not one of the vocal Gray haters, but man is it rare that he makes a good pass. He just looks so uncoached. Even when he doesn't turn it over, it's a near-turnover, or a sloppy pass, or a failed opportunity. He definitely has skill, and he has value, but he can be incredibly frustrating.
