That's what I'm saying. If he went to camps he obviously had some exposure. Why would NM state not offer?

I'm with you. I don't quite buy that he has zero offers. Surely he at least has an offer from a lower tier D1 school or even D2 at the very least.

I've tried analyzing this from multiple perspectives but it doesn't add up. Stats alone should have gotten him a "non-committable" offer.

Man those intermediate and short contested throws in coverage were impressive. His footwork in the pocket was impressive. A lot of Highschool QBs only know how to go long, this kid goes short l, long, and intermediate. Deserves a scholarship, hell we can use him here.

My understanding from people who know him say he is a great kid with a wonderful family.
I think I heard U of New Mexico doesn't pass and New Mexico St already has too many qbs?
He had a tremendous senior year! D2 schools didn't show much interest bc they never saw him not going D1. I really don't believe it's a skeletons type of deal.. Just really bad fortune so far for him imo.
My question is can a school extend an offer after NSD?

If we still have as chilly left why not take a chance with the kid . If it doesn't work , process him and move on

Wow that is really crazy. Looking through some of the comments though, it is normal for talented kids from New Mexico to not get a shot. I think he should go to Butler CC or a JUCO in Mississippi. He could light it up for a year and have all kinds of people after him.
He has nice athleticism and can make all the throws. He has the measurables at 6'3 200lb as well. It's very odd that he can't even get D2 offers (but maybe he does have them and would rather D1???). I mean I read the articles but not even D1 scholarships?
