Cam Robinson- We were never even close

Lorenzo Carter is up there. I'm still wishing we landed Kenny Young at LB. That was a miss we are still paying for.

Sadly I think we never showed K Young the 'love' you would expect to see for a local player, from JC, who was a stud LB. Started most games this year at UCLA as a FR. He and Carter/DE would have been HUGE additions. Both would be starting this coming season, no doubt.

With that said, agree with those saying Kiel at QB. Would have had the biggest impact, especially this season.

I thought we gave him a look but it was too late. Mullen had already wrapped it up by the time we started recruiting him

Barely missed on?

Lorenzo Carter.

We didn't barely miss on Cam or Landon. They were never going to LSU.

The answer is easily Cordarelle Patterson.

LSU wins the BCS in 2012 if he is in BR.

Most immediate impact lost of any recruit we have missed on.

Dak Prescott. Not one of the players LSU missed out on in the last 4 recruiting classes would have made LSU a champion in 2011, 2012, 2013 or 2014. However, Dak Prescott would give LSU the best chance of making the Playoffs for 2015. Hopefully, Brandon Harris, or someone not yet committed to LSU, will be able to take over for 2016

Everyone will probably call bull on this, but if Darron Thomas was the QB in the Natty against Bama then LSU at least gets on the board.

Yeah, but I believe he is outside the 4 year window of recruits to consider.

My 1st choice. He single-handedly shut down Auburn in the 2nd half of the NCG. A dominant d-lineman like that was the missing piece to the 2013 LSU team.

Yes, guy like that would have been a diff on the 13 squad.

Colt McCoy, if rumors of him having interest were true.
