Yup...up to your coverage limits

Hope they have insurance or enough money to pay your repairs...if they don't and your policy doesn't include uninsured boaters...you are skunked.

I pay $135 a year for liability (300k), uninsured boater, physical loss and medical loss. All for an 18' bay boat, all said and done I think it's worth it.
I'm going to add adrift towing to it this year...was on someone else's boat when we broke down and SeaTow brought us back for a $650 bill...the extra 25 a year seems worth it.

You are right. My boat is only worth about $3-$4k, so I'll just suck it up if I break it. If someone else hits me, I'm going after them. My assets and future wages are worth more and im more concerned with covering them.

Ball coach $76 a year on any boat is unheard of.Please tell us your amount of coverage and how often u tell them you use the boat. On my bass boat I carry 100k with 10k contents and its $317 a year and that's the best deal I've had in a long time and it's with State Farm.
