Would you want your team to go after him?

Did okay as a rookie, Colts have a terrible OL....

As a Cowboys fan, if we can get him in the bargain basement in addition to having Murray/Murray's replacement I'd like to see it happen. Would be deadly in short yard situations with our OL...

Oh and obligatory #BamaBust

He wasn't good as a rookie, they just gave him the ball 1000 times

It would be a total Cowboys move for them to pick him up.

T.Richardson has horrible vision.

Bradshaw and Herron found ways to be more productive with this shitty OL.....

Richardson averaged 3.3 yards per carry in 2014. The Colts' other running backs averaged 4.5 yards per carry during the regular season.

Yeah you can't use the Oline as an excuse for him whenever other backs were doing exponentially better than him with the same line

Didn't he have a sex tape?

And in a few months, T-Rich 2.9 will be working at Tuscaloosa Men's Wear or whatever the name of that store was that used to jack him off for money in college.

I think we can get past the assumption phase with this one.

Watching the Colts I can't figure it out. Seemed like every time Richardson touched the ball he was getting hit in the backfield. Which in fact is backed up by the stats. However the other RBs on the team did just fine. Part of it is the fact they run a power blocking scheme and despite his power, Richardson is a zone back. Part of it he has atrocious vision. Combine that with the fact that unlike a zone blocking scheme where you have multiple holes, power is generally designed to have one hole and it has to be timed well. Just doesn't mix. I don't think Trent will ever be close to a super star, but I think he can be a solid back in a rotation for a team with a scheme like Green Bay's.

Dude.... You do realize that the Colts run a zone scheme? And that TRich had experience in the traditional power man blocking scheme with a designated hole?

TRich is not a zone scheme RB at all because of his vision. Like you said, a zone scheme can go through multiple holes. To find the right hole to run through, you need good vision and patience. TRich doesn't have that so he has problems picking the right hole. And on the other end of the spectrum, power man blocking scheme doesn't require great vision because you know where you are going to run before the snap.

Everything you just said is complete opposite of the issue

TRich is not a zone back and doesn't fit the scheme of the Colts. He needs to go to a power man blocking scheme. But that's not the only issue with his game. I also think he's just not that explosive at this level and lacks the burst you need to be a good RB. Plus, you have the work ethic and off the field issues with him.

Wrong. they run a Power O. Have ever since they hired Pep Hamilton. Richardson ran zone at Alabama. The last place he had success.

I could link 30 sources all showing that they run a power O. I'm not going to bother.
