Is Florida the trashiest gulf coast state?

Florida is the trashiest state in the Union, really without question. Whenever something super fricked up happens in this country, 9 times out of 10 it's from Florida. All trash inevitably finds its way to Florida. They're like salmon going home to spawn. You don't know how they know, they just know.

If Mississippi or Alabama had the same population as Florida we would hear more stories of trash than we do about Florida
