You have to really take issue with how much power Jews have today in the American media and in Hollywood...

I'd really rather not.

Co-worker told that joke to a Jewish buddy at work, never really recovered, and eventually got whacked.

I've heard that joke, but never in the first person. It's usually told about a third party like Pat Buchanan.

From Wikipedia this was the exact study I was thinking of. Thanks for posting. Biggest thing I learned from the study is the captor becomes the prisoner.

Also, you guys have made some good suggestions of reading and viewing and materials. I always learn something new in these types of threads

Glad to help man. The Milgram Study was one of the most interesting bits of research I've ever encountered. The video is astonishing and it looks like there's bits of it on YouTube.

It was far from an unharmful experiment--supposedly many of those that had their ability to disregard their own moral compass and hurt another person, even to the point where they seemed to be getting deadly shocks, were quite deeply disturbed.

One cool part is one tough old son of a bitch that stood up to the authority in the experiment and responded to statements of "well you have to keep shocking him--it's what you agreed to" with "I don't have to do a damn thing".
