If I'm on vacation near a beach, all my "manliness" goes out the window and I drink rum and tequila all day. Margaritas and fruity rum drinks all day.

I do like a chocolate-tini here and there as a dessert. My go to's are IPAs, some stouts are too rich but I like them like the choc tini, Moscow mule with grated ginger (gotta have that heat).

I usually drink beer or vodka tonic, but last summer I was working a conference in New Orleans, and we walked down to Drago's for dinner from the Marriot. It's was so fricken hot and humid that I ordered a bay breeze at the bar.
