Winter of Fitness sounds like it's changing lives.
Tomorrow I've got an hour of cardio, abs, and some Pilates.
I used to say it was just for doc, and that I didn't need that kind of foolishness.
But I'm getting the old Windsor Pilates DVDs back out tomorrow. It elongates muscle, strengthens the mid section, and promotes flexibly. Crossfit ain't my thing. United States Marine Corps taught me to kill a man countless ways. I can murder Pilates in 20 minutes after my cardio each day.
It's all about finding new gears baws.

It sucked. Had airline backed up from highland all the way back to ford dealership. Had 621 closed at RR tracks as well.

Nah I can't go that far. If I play Friday would have to be around here around 9:00 or so, or could do an afternoon round. Think I'm free Saturday though.

He was just talking about the range. Course is alright. Thinking pelican is in better shape though. They got a new course superintendent over the summer and is doing a good job with it.
