"A VHS copy of Gremlins. That's $380."

"A chipped up lawn mower blade. That's gonna bring $280."

"13 paper plates folded up and stuffed into a dirty sock. $460 easily."

"Crown Royal draw string bag of assorted screws, nails and washers. Not a penny less than $500."

What's funny is they all do it. The numbers they throw out there are absolutely ridiculous for abandoned junk found in a storage locker.

They all do the same thing on that show. Dave Hester had a locker full of hardback books and he says "That's $10,000". You know how long it would take to move that many books and the space it would take up? Ivy Calvin finds a little dirty-arse microwave and says "That's $40". You can buy that shite brand new at Wal-Mart for $45, why would you go to a janky resale store to save $5?
That show fell off when Barry Weiss left. The Augustus Gloop guy with the half-retarded wife brings nothing to the table, as does the Texas girl who just says "I'm from Texas"

I didn't realize it was still on either. Can't believe people watch this show. I watched live five episodes a few years ago.

The first time I saw this show about 5 years ago I was absolutely hooked. After a few months it got stale and I've seen maybe one episode since.

That's how it is with all of these "reality" shows (for me). They're interesting and entertaining for a while, but then you see that they have a set formula and you lose interest quickly.

We'll look at our DVR history and say, "Did we really used to DVR Pawn Stars every week?"
