Sitting here now with a horrible sinus. infection. This is about the 4th one ine had in the last 12-13 months. I know I have a deviated septum but now it makes sense as to why I keep having infections. This is good info. Thanks

Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery. It was a tremendous relief. I used to constantly get sinus infections and terrible sinus headaches. I still get them, but not near the frequency as I once did.

You may be living with Rhinotillexis Spiders. They are nocturnal and are known to enter the mouths and noses of sleeping people to feed on mucous. In doing so they will most times cause infections.

Anyone else have this problem?

I did. I had 2 surgeries 8 years apart. That helped, especially the second, but you want to avoid that. Suggestions --- daily Claritin, daily veramyst (prescription) and make sure you wear a mask when doing things like cutting grass. There is also an attachment you can buy for the waterpik to flush the sinuses. This may be the best thing for your situation.
