Mickey and Martin combine for 44 and 23 and continue to get bashed

Can't really complain with 25 and 10 or whatever he finished with though.

We know they are good but we hope if we bash enough they'll think they need to come back for 1 more year.

Exactly. Most people don't realize these two are playing about 35 minutes per game. We have three 7 footers on the bench who can't give these guys a breather without fricking shite up.

It isn't as though they aren't good or even great players most of the time. It is about LSU as a team being potentially a great team if they play SMARTER!

Isn't it about winning the game? They did some great stuff tonight. They also pulled some bonehead turnovers, got lazy on defense and missed free throws in the crucial time of the game.

We can go a long way with these guys on the team. With them being great and smart we can go all the way. I don't care how tall, athletic or fast you are. There is always room for improvement in the game of basketball.

They also combined for 12 of the teams 19 turnovers. It wouldn't be the worst thing in the world for them to trust the 3 other guys on the court instead of trying to play a 2 man game the majority of the time.

That would have been a foul.

They can't give them a breather because they are never put into the game. We do better with a 7 footer in there but Johnny Jones can't stop playing a 3 guard lineup with two big forwards.
