Did Jake Latz leave? He's still on the roster from the website. 
And I'm assuming these are your lineup guesses. Nothing official. They're way off to me.

He's fine and on the team.

He threw yesterday. He was shut down for part of the fall, but he's fine. It was precautionary for a sore/tired arm. They're bringing him along slowly. He's still got a chance to be a weekend starter.

He's probably asking because on the first page he doesn't have Latz as a starting pitcher or in the bullpen

Dellenger even tweeted out this depth chart from media day.
The only thing in his post that wasn't just copy-pasted from elsewhere was the projected lineups vs. LHP and RHP, which were initially terrible and are accompanied with no insight as to why he thinks that these will be the lineups. There's nothing really in-depth or "complete" about this.
I appreciate what he is trying to do here, but I don't think that this deserves a sticky.
