Sometimes I have too much energy pulsing through my body.

When I take showers, when I am too cold, when I eat syrup, etc. I have insane amounts of energy. I shake and make odd noises to disperse the excess energy.
I am under the impression that this is some sort of super power. Anyone else have experience with this sort of thing? Or super powers in general? I am going to attempt to concentrate the energy in my index finger, then blast the shite out of something. Will update later.
