Would it be a felony if you walked into a bank and demanded they give you say $20k in cash...but you actually have an account there with more than $20k in it?

You're trying to get out of filling out that slip.

It won't work. That bitch is hard core. You best have your ID out too.

well....did you tell them your name? Give them your card? Your account number? If you gave them the proper items they needed then said "I demand you give me that 20K" they'd probably just chuckle. If you walked in and didn't say a word other than that....then of course you'd get in trouble dummy.

But what would there argument be?

I could very well see a lawyer be able to defend this. A scummy lawyer but someone would.

My client has accounts with ABC bank. My client was not feeling well and had a sore throat on the day in question. Client could not speak. Client was on medication for the pain and did not know his balances in accounts. My client simply handed the teller a note to please place "x" amount of money in envelope. Client even handed her a note saying thank you. My client made no threat to anyone and often visits this location.

Crazier things have happened in court folks. Like the criminals who break into places and win because they get injured while doing so.

This thread is awful. This a question my 10 year old niece would ask.

Made me wonder the same by going to a time saver as a kid(under age) slapping a twenty on the counter, and walking out with a case.
