It's his money and he can do whatever the frick he wants with it, whether he is senile or not. Rita is a LeBlanc not a Benson, not to mention she is adopted. Meaning Benson has no true heir. I've read that Benson has 7 children. If they are blood, I'd say the most sensible thing to do is give them the estate.

I hear ya.
If Tom was my grand dad, I would be real skeptical of any woman claiming romantic attraction (sorry Tom) to him ten years ago when they married.
I'm sure Gayle loves him a lot.
It must be a shitty thing to deal with, on top of current W-L struggles, to go out on.

Confiscating her phone and car is Benson taking away her privileges that HE GAVE HER, due to her self entitled attitude and poor leadership/abrasive management style, the rest is for disrespecting his wife. Its Benson's money and rita nor anyone else has built that company, Benson did. He has the right to hire, fire, give, take away whatever privilege he wants, provided he has reasonable understanding of what he's doing.
