Why even publish this as a news story?
I am thinking about calling the detective to tell him I think it is my brother-in-law.

To think they actually paid an artist to sit down (for I'm guessing a decent amount of time) with a witness to come up with that.

I've never seen signed police sketches

quote:

OK, I can tell this ski mask came from a very specific shop right here in Houston from the details in the fibers illustrated from the drawing. The suspect's eyes look rather sad, but he is wearing a shirt from LA. I got this one! He will be in custody by sundown today. Be on the look out for a person from Los Angeles, California. He came here to Houston on vacation to go skiing. He went to Academy sporting goods and bought a ski mask. He was very sad to learn there is no skiing in Houston (sad eyes gave it away). My work here is done. Jeez, at least give us a difficult one next time click2.

This isn't as rare as it would seem. The theory is that someone might recognize the mask or shirt (in this case), or the robber may have robbed another establishment with that mask in another town.

Are you serious? With what mask, the one that looks just like every other ski mask?
