Police in Rosenberg TX need help locating a suspect

To think they actually paid an artist to sit down (for I'm guessing a decent amount of time) with a witness to come up with that.

This isn't as rare as it would seem. The theory is that someone might recognize the mask or shirt (in this case), or the robber may have robbed another establishment with that mask in another town.
