If you had to choose between beer or pork products and can never have one of these ever again, which would you pick to keep in your life?

Hypothetical. Won't happen.

My doctor has me on a strict beer and bacon diet.

Tough one

As much as I love bacon and pork chops, I'm going beer.

However, if I was given an extra day I would make myself so sick off crispy bacon that I would come to despise it

I would keep pork products. Perfectly ok drinking liquor.

Trick question. I'd kill myself if I had to do without either of these.

I'd keep beer. No question.

I have a good friend who got bit by a tick and is now allergic to all mammalian meat. Poor bastard.

I'd keep pork. Liquor is better.

So it's not just bacon I wouldn't be able to eat in this scenario? If that's the case, I'm keeping the pig in my life. Liquor and wine will fill the void of beer.

It's an enzyme or protein or sugar or one of those things. It causes you to have a serious allergic reaction. My poor friend has all the bad Luck. He has this. He also randomly died one day last year when his heart stopped for no known reason. He has a bum back that is essentially robotic with all the crap they've installed on it.

But yeah, that tick thing sucks.

I guess on the relative scale, yeah, he got better. The dead thing only lasted a few minutes.
