I've been to one....

(Sci-Fi Dine In)

It was neat, but not really what I consider a theater. The movies are just background for the experience.

The Chinese Theater looks awesome though.

This. Most of those look awesome, but seem like horrible places to actually watch the movie.

Give me something like #5 all day long since it looks to have the best view of the actual screen. Some of those look like you're damn near a football field away from the tiny arse screen.

The bed one in Paris is hilarious though...not a chance I'd watch a movie there without bringing some kind of layer to lay on top of.

Some of those are really sick. Favorite theater I've been to so far is Cinepolis VIP in TJ.

Sci-Fi Dine in is not REALLY a theater. It is a restaurant that just happens to show really old movies while you eat. Nothing new or recent.

Who wants to be in a hot tub for 2 hours straight? You would be pruney as a motherfricker.

Beds = sex (and not the good kind).

Swimming pools = bodily fluids

Just give me a dark theater and a comfortable chair.

I already have to put up with people talking and using cell phones. Now I have to endure someone refusing to turn off their table lamp?

Meh. I would not want to watch a movie lying down. Some incredible theaters on the list, though.

Raj Mandir. Jaipur, India.

I always pump it because watching a Bollywood movie is just awesome. Saw Chennai Express. Assigned seating too.
