I watched part of Brady's presser. Apparently he has a meticulous process he uses to pick out his footballs based on feel, comfort, etc, and says every player likes to be very familiar and confident with their equipment and know what to expect; their shoes, pads, helmet, etc, and he says footballs are no different.
His error here in my opinion, is that if he is in fact soooo particular about his footballs, there's no way he wouldnt notice the underinflation.
That, and no way someone would dare jack with Brayd's footballs without his knowledge.
They cheated to gain a competitve edge, period. Drop the hammer Goodell.

I've yet hear one person/expert talk about this and say this would be done without consulting or talking about it with the QB at some point in time.

U should be used to it by now. Maybe goodell will hire a VP of Balls now to get this off his plate too

well yeah. hes set a precedent for zero tolerance and a heavy hammer, but now hes ensnared one of the leagues icons.
Goodell is in a really bad position of his own doing.
Im willing to bet no decisions are made until after the Superbowl. They will say "the investigation is ongoing" to avoid making a decision that wil impact the SB.

This whole thing is complete BS. Why is every team jealous of the Pats all of the time? Cause they are a dominant team? People really need to get over themselves. I've played with Brady's balls before and they have always felt normal to me.

To be fair, Saints loss their coach and picks bc of tough talk that every team does that could not be actually substantiated by their actual play on the field. Saints were doomed by NFL trying to grandstand before the concussion lawsuit.
