PT's opinion on the Pel's assistant coaches

Assuming Monty gets canned sometime before the season ends, Vinson would assume the role of HC unless someone else came in to fill the position. What do you guys think about the other assistant coaches we have? Good? Bad? Should we keep them after this season or let them see the door? What ya got?

Heard very good things about brian gates
Ayers has some experience but I don't really know a ton about him.
Hanners is a monty guy I believe. Doubt he stays if milkdud gets melted.

Why would Vinson do that? His focus is largely on player development. I think overall they're ok, but there's no up and comer on the staff who you look at and think will be a HC in the next 5 years. I'd have no problems if a few were held over but wouldn't think twice if they all left with Monty.
