If you bank with Chase you can have them sign up with Chase quickpay and send $ into their account, even if they bank somewhere else.

You could just get a cash advance from any ATM with your credit card. Be sure you send your credit card issuer enough money ASAP to pay of your current balance b/c it will be accumulating interest immediately.
