Let's simplify this - G-Money and Rick, give me an number 1-20. Earl has the #. The closest to it gets to pick if they want Rondo's draft slot or if they want 1st pick in a redraft between the two teams. Your draft will not snake.
You'll each pick 10 players between the two teams. You can only keep 8, the two extra are in case of injury before we pick keepers.
