It's a city wide system that locates gun shots so police can respond. I'm about to go out in my front yard with a little .22 a/r and smoke this dove. Gotta be stealth in sight and sound or else I'll look like a terrorist.

Spend the 50$ for a daisy air rifle with enough power to take out small game. Much better than getting caught illigaly discharging a gun in the city.
