This could be the day that turned this recruiting class from a top 10 to a top 3.

Mack was quoted as saying if it were up to him, he would choose LSU...but his parents want him to stay in Texas.
So the parents are/were holding him back
When Cheif left, he just bailed on trying to get his parents to visit
Now that O is on Staff, I would think we are back in it for serious consideration.
He is on record that he would prefer to play in the SEC...
He was once committed to A$M....
He seems to change daily but he was pretty forthcoming that his visit to LSU was "best environment" ..."Wish my parents could see what I experienced"

Mack is definitely not a recruit who knows what he's saying. He knows he likes A&M and TCU, I think. I think he likes LSU as well. But his top 2 changes daily, almost.
It's all about who he's enamored with when he signs on the dotted line. Hopefully that's LSU.

That's nice. This kid is already very good and is nowhere near his ceiling. His measurables are great, but he'll need a year or two to learn how to compete at this level.

The weather doesn't seem to be dampering Coach O and Coach Steele on the recruiting trail. Nasty weather in the Southeast.

Don't know if it is weather related but it does look like it may have pushed their departure up an hour. They were originally showing out at 4:00PM and are showing estimated at 2:59PM. (Hope it doesn't reflect poorly on the visit!!)
