Love it.
If nothing else... O is someone who can bring fire and change to the entire team...
That would be warranted in it's own right, but he brings an upgrade at DL coaching, and a big upgrade in recruiting.
It makes Steele a little less "WTF".
Hopefully we won't regress in 2015, and when we overthrow the recruiting kings in 2016 we can all relax and realize that O is tdecline's kryptonite.
