seems like whenever theres a college coach who starts to bully everyone and rack championships- saban at LSU, pete carroll, chip kelly, harbaugh, spurrier back in the day, jimmy johnson- the NFL comes calling and scoops them up. some team is willing to give them a shot at the big time, even collegiate chip kelly and his gimmicky system.

so, my question is, why arent teams knocking down doors to hire urban meyer? yes hes a scumbag, but hes an exceptional coach. does he just not want to do it? i thought these are the most competitive, egotistical guys on the planet, wouldnt he want to challenge himself at the highest level? theres never even a whisper about CUM to the pros. seems odd. especially with the average candidates in this year's coaching carousel.

Too much vinegar and water running through Urban's veins for the NFL.

He said after he won the NC, that he wasn't interest in the NFL yet. Feels he has more to do in college.

That says he's interested, but only when the time is right. He can afford to be picky because he's a made man in college.

hes kinda accomplished as much as you can in college. hes obviously an ambitious man, and super young for such and accomplished coach. i wonder what type of situation hes waiting for

although i will be pissed if he leaves before him and harbaugh get the chance to really get into each other
