I've botched this before.

The washing maching and I broke up recently. Very unfortunate and a sore subject

I have a few polo sweaters. All darker colors that are in need of a wash. All say 100% Pima cotton .

I know I've had nice sweaters before end up stretches out at the bottom(where they looked like a blouse just swaying around me), have been horribly faded), Shrunken like they belonged to Cocomo or Jones.... Just never caught a break when it came to cleaning sweaters..... And I'm not an OT baller, although I do being some clothes to the cleaners, just HAVENT brought these and figured I'd go ahead and clean them myself.

Also haven't had the time funds to go seek out another dish/washing machine. So save that for another thread.

TIA

Find an ugly woman, tell her you love her. Drop off and pick up laundry as needed.

I don't see a question mark in the whole thing. Looks like your bragging about owning sweaters.

I don't mess around with sweaters. I've never successfully put one through the wash. Luckily I don't wear many sweaters so it's not a big issue.

Wash on delicate cycle, cold water, Woolite, lay flat to dry. Or Dry Clean.

Spend a whopping total of $15 and send them to the dry cleaners

Soak in the sink with some Woolite. Do not ring them out as this will stretch the fabric. Instead, wad and squeeze a bit to get the excess water out. Then lay flay on a dry towel and top with another dry towel. Roll the whole thing up from the bottom tightly. Replace the towels and repeat. Then, lay it out on another dry towel, shape (and pin of necessary), and let it air dry.

I knit, and this is how I make garments pretty after I'm done.

100% Pima cotton .

If it's cold, you wear a wool sweater. If it's not cold, you don't wear a sweater.

Don't most clothes have washing instructions on them also? Anytime SS encounters a dilemma in his life he comes to the OT instead of asking friends or family for advice.
