This is my first Un-Meltdown, and I like it

I held off on making any comments after the hire yesterday because I didn't know anything about Steele. After looking around overnight, and after the hire of Orgeron was announced, it is clear that Miles and the athletic department have approached this much in the same manner as a sports team filling out a roster while working a salary cap, a kind of coaching sabermetrics. The overall product has the potential to exceed the value of each coach individually. It is clear that there is planning here. I'm ok with it.
