This figure actually seems high. I thought it was 14 this past year and just went down again?

Probably what happened was the Miles Clause.
Should have let Miles go to Arkansas except they never wanted him to begin with (kinda like MI rejected him 3 xs).

I think they want miles out but are too scared to fire him now. This is the passive aggressive way to force him out. Maybe he has some pride and works a deal after next yr to step down.

Miles has no pride. Miles arrogance overrides any pride and will be his end. This is quickly becoming Dinardo II.

It is Alleva's fault we have the Miles issue, he should have never agreed to the contract extension and increased buyout. Miles is not stupid, he has LSU behind the 8 ball with his buyout. No ones wants to scratch a 20 million dollar check. 15 for Miles and 5 for the other coaches. We are stuck with Miles for two more years, that is why the new contracts are structured that way. Until then he is virtually untouchable. Alleva should be fired now and Dinardo/Miles should be put on notice after this Lou Tepper/Steele hire. It sure does smell like it.

So, your theory is that Alleva/TAF is railroading Les with shitty assistants so that firing him will be financially and rationally justifiable?

If Alleva is doing this on his own he is a complete moron and will end up getting fired with Miles.

Does Alleva have a buyout? No? Then why wait that long? He needs to go NOW.
