Found a Classy Used Rifle Today - Discussion

Browning BAR II Safari in 7mm Rem Mag. Price is right, but I'm not well versed on the caliber? I have read Chuck Hawk's comments on the cartridge (acceptable on any big game animal in N. America). I'd be trading in an .06 on it. What say ye OB rifle experts - any input on the caliber?

That's a fine caliber for deer.
What kind of trade value is the seller giving it? With or without a scope?

Price is negotiated to $855, no scope but rings. I'd be trading an .06 with no scope. Both rifles are in exceptional condition. I was shocked to see that quality/condition of rifle in a used gun rack.
